SunCoast Blood Centers (SCBC) is proud to partner with Anna Maria Oyster Bar for a lifesaving community blood drive at four of their locations:
- UTC – 5405 University Parkway, Bradenton
- Landside – 6906 14th St W, Bradenton
- Cortez – 6696 Cortez Rd W, Bradenton
- Ellenton – 125 51st Ave E, Ellenton
The blood drive will take place on Thursday, February 8, from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM at each participating location.
As a token of appreciation, donors will receive a $15 voucher from Anna Maria Oyster Bar. Additionally, new donors will be rewarded with a $30 e-gift card, while returning donors will receive $20 or more, depending on their blood type and donation type.
This longstanding and special partnership between SunCoast Blood Centers and Anna Maria Oyster Bar underscores the importance of community support in maintaining a safe and reliable blood supply for local hospitals. Every blood donation can save up to three lives, making this a simple yet powerful way to give back.
In addition to providing lifesaving blood, SCBC offers free wellness, and eligibility checks to ensure donors are in good health. The donation process is quick, easy, and has an immediate impact on those in need.
