What You Need to Host a Drive:
A Suitable Location – A conference room, cafeteria, or outdoor space for the bloodmobile.
A Drive Chairperson – Someone to help promote the drive and recruit donors.
At Least 15 Committed Donors – Pre-scheduled appointments help ensure a successful event.
